This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and our operating entity regarding your use of all Mini Program services, including drama browsing, playback, interaction, and personalized content recommendation.
Your access to, opening of, and continued use of this Mini Program shall constitute your full reading, understanding, and voluntary acceptance of all terms of this Agreement, as well as full recognition of the supporting Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any term herein, please stop using all services of this Mini Program immediately.
This Agreement applies to all drama-related services provided by this Mini Program on the TikTok platform. It is an independent compliance agreement, complementary to but not subordinate to the official TikTok platform terms.
1. This Mini Program is independently operated by Shiri Network Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Relying on the TikTok platform, we provide global users with free and compliant services including genuine mini drama browsing, online playback, collection, likes, comment interaction, content sharing, and personalized drama recommendations.
2. We reserve the right to optimize, adjust, and upgrade Mini Program functions, service content, and display forms at any time in accordance with business development, platform rule updates, and compliance requirements, including adding, deleting, or modifying partial functions. Changes shall take effect upon public announcement on the Mini Program page without individual notification to users.
3. We may conduct temporary service suspension, maintenance, system upgrades, and fault repairs without prior notice. During such periods, temporary service interruption, loading failure, or content inaccessibility may occur, for which we shall assume no liability for any user losses.
4. All services of this Mini Program are for your personal, non-commercial, and entertainment use only. No individual or organization may use Mini Program content or services for commercial profit, secondary distribution, infringing reproduction, or other unauthorized purposes.
1. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full capacity for civil conduct to use this service. Minors shall use the service only with the knowledge, consent, and full supervision of their legal guardians, who shall be fully responsible for all minor user behaviors.

You authorize the Mini Program to obtain your public TikTok information including nickname, avatar, and unique user identifier for identity verification and service adaptation. 3. You shall properly keep your TikTok account. We shall not be liable for any operations, comments, or violations arising from account loss, sharing, leakage, or unauthorized use by third parties, all of which shall be borne solely by you.
4. Users are prohibited from borrowing or misappropriating others’ accounts or forging or tampering with authorization information. Upon discovery of any violation, we have the right to restrict or terminate your service access immediately.

2. Users are only permitted to watch online, collect personally, and share content within the platform. Strictly prohibited acts include but are not limited to downloading, screen recording, re-shooting, editing, reposting, reprocessing, piracy dissemination, commercial reproduction, resale, and drainage distribution of any Mini Program content.
3. No individual or organization may copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt any Mini Program content without our formal written authorization. We reserve the right to pursue full legal liability and compensation for all losses caused by infringement.

When using this Mini Program, you shall abide by applicable laws and regulations of relevant jurisdictions, TikTok platform rules, and this Agreement. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
1. Publishing, commenting on, or disseminating pornographic, violent, gambling, fraudulent, terrorist, vulgar, insulting, rumor-spreading, or politically sensitive illegal content;

3. Posting advertisements, external links, drainage information, fraud content, or third-party promotion materials in comment sections or interactive areas;
4. Maliciously attacking, harassing, or insulting other users, or publishing discriminatory, defamatory, or abusive remarks;
5. Attempting to crack, tamper with, or intrude into Mini Program systems, servers, or interfaces, or stealing platform or user data;
6. Committing fraud, improper drainage, infringement, or other illegal acts in the name of this Mini Program;
7. Any other acts violating applicable laws, platform rules, or public order and good morals.
If you engage in any prohibited behaviors, we may take disciplinary measures including content deletion, interaction restriction, access suspension, and permanent ban according to violation severity. You shall be fully liable for any losses or legal consequences incurred.
1. All comments, messages, and interactive content posted by users are independently created by users, who shall bear full legal responsibility. We only provide a display platform and assume no liability for user-generated illegal or infringing content.
2. By posting any content on this Mini Program, you automatically grant us a free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, organize, and legally utilize such content for Mini Program operation and content optimization purposes.
3. We reserve the right to review, block, or delete illegal, inappropriate, or infringing user-generated content at any time without prior notice.
1. All Mini Program services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We strive to ensure stable service operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free service. 4. We are only responsible for self-owned compliant content and provide no guarantee or liability for user-generated content, third-party linked content, or external services.
5. We reserve the right to remove, adjust, or delete non-compliant drama content at any time per regulatory and platform requirements without liability to users.
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Service at any time based on business iteration, TikTok compliance rule updates, and legal amendments.
Revised terms shall take effect immediately upon public display via Mini Program announcements, pop-up windows, or other prominent forms. Your continued use of the Mini Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the updated content, you must stop using the service immediately.
1. You may stop using this Mini Program service at any time voluntarily.
2. If you violate this Agreement or relevant rules, we may immediately and unilaterally terminate your service access without any refund or compensation obligation.
3. We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Mini Program service at any time due to business adjustment, platform removal, or compliance requirements, without prior notice or liability for user losses.
The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions).
All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court having jurisdiction over the location of our operating entity.
1. This Agreement, together with the supporting Privacy Policy, constitutes the complete legal compliance documents for Mini Program services and shall take effect simultaneously. Your use of the service indicates acceptance of both documents in full.
2. Matters not covered by this Agreement may be supplemented by official platform announcements and supplementary rules, which shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
